The Power of Creativity: Unleashing Your Leadership Potential by Scott Sherman

What is “the most important leadership quality for success”? According to a survey of 1500 CEOs in business and the public sector, the answer is creativity. Indeed, it’s a vital skill for people who wish to serve others. Albert Einstein once said, “We can’t solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” If we are to solve the greatest challenges that face us in the 21st century, we need to learn how to be more innovative. Fortunately, creativity is a skill that can be taught. Anyone can learn it; anyone can improve their proficiency in it with practice. In this session, you will learn some of the key lessons for becoming more creative as you engage in acts of service. This will be a fun, dynamic session where you get to participate in activities that increase your creative problem solving skills. By the end, we will all have practical takeaways for becoming stronger leaders who can better serve our communities.
